It was a gift...really...

teaser tuesday
Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Apparently this book changed the lives of my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law. So my mother-in-law thought I might be interested in it...umm...anyway, when (IF) I finally get through this, we can talk about that more....

When you are feeling good feelings, it is communication back from the Universe saying, "You are thinking good thoughts." Likewise, when you are feeling bad, you are receiving communication back form the Universe saying, "You are thinking bad thoughts."
The Secret, Rhonda Byrne, page 33

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT
with either the link to your own Teaser Tuesdays post, or share your 2 ‘teasers’ in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks!

  1. What few today realize is that the charged coupled devices or CCDs specifically developed for both the Hubble Space Telescope and the Galileo mission to Jupiter ended up helping to kick-start a revolution in photography. Following these missions the electronics industry began an intense push to develop both video and still cameras using the CCD technology, and by 2003 the leap from film to digital imaging had become so complete that companies like Kodak, which had made film the standard at the start of the twentieth century, had publicly abandoned film for digital photography at the start of the twenty-first century.
